We were originally going to the location on Madison and when the Hancock location opened we moved over as they were starting to do all ortho there. Everyone in this office has been excellent. Dr. Arad the orthodontist is very kind and informative. Very happy with this office and definitely recommend.

My kids have all had a great experience. My older daughter goes with Dr. Azzi. She always explains everything in detail and is very caring. She also helped me with my son. She remembers him and even when we’re just there for his siblings, she takes time to ask about my son. My younger daughter goes with Dr. Annie. Dr. Annie and Gene are very reassuring, caring, gentle and make my daughter feel comfortable. They both constantly lets my daughter know how great she’s doing through the whole treatment process. Vivian in the front desk is also very helpful. I had a few questions in regards to the double coverage I have and she explained the difference between the two. Also, everything is very clean, lobby, rooms and restrooms. Equipment is not outdated. The place feels very peaceful. I highly recommend this location.
